These terms are between you and [registered company name and number](“we”, “us”), and they cover your use of AntaraX Frame. Using the product means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may bind that company.
You sign in with Google. Keep that account secure — anyone who can sign in as you can see and change everything in your workspace. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use AXF if sanctions or local law prohibit it.
Everything you put into AXF remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. We process it only to run the product for you, as described in the privacy policy.
You can export it at any time — per screen or per project, as CSV, Markdown or JSON — and you do not need our permission or assistance to do so. That is deliberate: a ledger you cannot get out of is a hostage, not a tool.
There is a free tier with caps on how much you can track, and paid plans that lift them. The current caps and prices are shown in the product; they are the authoritative version, because they change more often than this page does.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate refunds for a partially used period [confirm the refund position — this is a commercial decision, not a legal default].
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account reverts to free-tier limits. Your data is not deleted when this happens — you may be unable to add beyond the free cap until you resubscribe, but nothing already tracked is removed.
AXF records what you tell it. It does not scan your network, discover accounts, or verify that what you entered is true — by design. If a renewal date is wrong in AXF, it is because it is wrong in AXF, and the reminder will be wrong too.
Costs, plans and optimisation suggestions are estimates. Catalogue prices are researched rather than quoted, and AI-generated plans and savings suggestions are starting points for your own judgement. Confirm real pricing with the vendor before committing money. Do not treat anything in AXF as financial, legal or tax advice.
Availability monitoring is a convenience, not an uptime guarantee, and is not a substitute for real monitoring on anything critical.

A workspace can have several members. Anyone you invite can see and change what is in it, so invite deliberately. Owners can remove members and can delete the workspace, which deletes what is in it for everyone.
If you delete your own account while others share your workspace, we will not silently take their data with you — you will be asked to hand the workspace over or to delete it explicitly.
You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally unable to.
If we ever discontinue the product, we will give reasonable notice and keep exports working through it. You should not be told a service is closing and simultaneously lose the ability to get your records out of it.

In plain terms, and pending that review: the product is provided as it is, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for business decisions you make from what it shows you. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the product before it takes effect rather than relying on you re-reading this page.
