AX Frame terms of service

The agreement

These terms are between you and REKA Inisiatif Sdn Bhd (company registration 1244206-A / 201701030037), a company registered in Malaysia at 26A, 1/42 Taman City, Off Jalan Kuching, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, WPKL, Malaysia ("REKA", "we", "us"). They cover your use of AX Frame, an AntaraX product. Using AX Frame means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are confirming that you may bind that company.

AX Frame is a ledger of a customer's own digital infrastructure: the services, domains, subscriptions and AI or API spend they pay for, their renewal dates, and how those things fit together.

Your account

You sign in with Google, or with a one-time link sent to your email address. There are no passwords. Keep that account or mailbox secure: anyone who can sign in as you can see and change everything in your workspace.

You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must not use AX Frame if sanctions or local law prohibit it.

Your data stays yours

Everything you put into AX Frame remains yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it. We process it only to run the product for you, as described in the privacy notice. If you are a business customer, the data processing addendum also applies.

Almost everything AX Frame holds is data you typed in about services you already pay for. It records what you tell it; it does not scan your network or discover accounts. AX Frame stores where you log in and as whom, never the password or key itself.

Plans and payment

There is a free plan (Seed) with caps on how much you can track, and a paid plan (Nova) that lifts them. The current caps and prices are shown in the product and are the authoritative version, because they change more often than this page does.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, your account returns to free-plan limits. Your data is not deleted when this happens: you may be unable to add beyond the free cap until you resubscribe, but nothing already tracked is removed.

Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

What AX Frame does and does not promise

AX Frame records what you tell it. It does not scan your network, discover accounts, or verify that what you entered is true. If a renewal date is wrong in AX Frame, the reminder will be wrong too.

Costs, plans and optimisation suggestions are estimates. Catalogue prices are researched rather than quoted, and AI-generated plans and savings suggestions are starting points for your own judgement. Confirm real pricing with the vendor before committing money. Nothing in AX Frame is financial, legal or tax advice.

Availability monitoring is a convenience, not an uptime guarantee, and is not a substitute for real monitoring on anything critical.

Marking a subscription as cancelled in AX Frame records the cancellation in AX Frame only. It does not cancel anything with the provider.

Acceptable use

Use of AX Frame is also subject to the acceptable use policy.

Shared workspaces and access

A workspace can have several members. Anyone you invite can see and change what is in it, so invite deliberately. Owners can remove members and can delete the workspace, which deletes what is in it for everyone. If you delete your own account while others share your workspace, you will be asked to hand the workspace over or to delete it explicitly. Project guests invited to a single project see only what that project shares with them.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by cancelling and deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless we are legally unable to.

If we ever discontinue AX Frame, we will give reasonable notice and keep exports working through it, so that you are not told a service is closing while losing the ability to get your records out of it.

Liability

AX Frame is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for business decisions you make from what it shows you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect, rather than relying on you re-reading this page. The version and effective date at the top of this page identify the current text, and the changelog lists every change.
