Renewals and outages you hear about first
Domains, certificates, yearly plans and seats, each with its own reminder: 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before. Your website is checked too, and you're told when it goes down and when it's back.
AX Frame keeps one quiet record of every domain, subscription, AI tool and login your company runs on, and tells you before something lapses, overcharges or walks out the door.
Free, no sign-up to look. Renewal date, website, SSL, email security and what runs on it, all from public records.
One check reads your domain's public records, asks the website if it's up, and reads its SSL certificate. No sign-up to look. Sign up and AX Frame keeps watching what you choose to track, and emails you before anything lapses or breaks.

Every subscription and every usage-based AI or API bill in one place, grouped the way you think about it. Estimates stay marked as estimates until you record what you actually paid.
For each service: the console link, the login it uses, the account ID, where the password lives and who else has access. When someone leaves, you see everything they could get into.
What renews in the next 30 days, what needs you, and this month's run-rate. If nothing's coming up, AX Frame stays quiet. Change it to monthly, or turn it off, in one click.
Registrar, renewal date, email and DNS providers, and website host, from one lookup.
Dashboard links become services. From a .env file, only the variable names are kept. The values are dropped in your browser and never leave it.
Cloudflare, Vercel or Supabase, with a read-only token that's used for that one import and never stored.
Connect Claude Code or Cursor. As it builds, it suggests the services it uses. You approve each one.
Pick from a catalog of tools with real prices, or start from a template.
It stores where a password is kept, never the password. Anything shaped like a key is refused.
Lookups, imports and AI suggestions all arrive as proposals. Nothing is added until you approve it.
No scanning, no background discovery. It knows what you tell it, and you can export or delete all of it at any time.
No. Start with your domain and anything you type or paste. If you want, you can import from Cloudflare, Vercel or Supabase once with a read-only token. AX Frame uses it for that one import and never keeps it.
Never. AX Frame remembers where you log in, as whom, and where the password is kept ("1Password → Infra vault"). It refuses anything that looks like a password or key, both in the app and in the database.
No. It tells you what's coming up. When you mark something cancelled, that's a note in AX Frame. Cancelling with the provider is still your call, made in their dashboard.
Track them beside everything else. Usage-based costs are marked as estimates until you record what you paid, and totals stay in their own currency, like RM1,200 + US$45. Nothing is quietly converted.
No, and it never will. It only knows what you tell it, what you paste, or what your own AI proposes, and you approve every one of those before it's added.
Small companies and startups that pay for more online services than anyone can keep in their head: domains, email, hosting, design and AI tools, and the logins that go with them.
