AX Frame acceptable use policy
This policy sets out what you may not do with AX Frame. It forms part of the terms of service.
Do not
- break the law with AX Frame, or use it to store or process someone else's data without the right to do so;
- attempt to reach data belonging to another account, workspace or organisation;
- probe the service for weaknesses, or test its security, without asking us first;
- resell or white-label access to AX Frame without a written agreement with REKA;
- share your sign-in with someone else, or let anyone else use your account;
- upload malicious code, or use AX Frame to attack or disrupt another service;
- automate against the API or the connected-AI feature in a way that degrades the service for others;
- store the actual password, key or secret for a service in AX Frame. It stores where those are kept, not the secrets themselves.
If you find a security problem
Tell us at support@go.antarax.ai before telling anyone else, and give us reasonable time to fix it. We will not pursue you for reporting something you found in good faith, while following this policy and without accessing or keeping more data than you need to show the problem.
What we may do
If you break this policy we may limit, suspend or end your access to AX Frame, and will tell you why unless we are legally unable to. Where we can, we will give you a chance to put things right first and to export your data.
